01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jl87 website located at jl87.org, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and associated gaming services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for or uses a jl87 account.
• "Account" means the registered gaming account created by a Player on the jl87 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-Platform account balance denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) held by a Player.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any wager, bet, or game played on jl87 using funds deposited to the Player's Wallet.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl87.org, registering an account, or engaging in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the jl87 Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a jl87 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not currently self-excluded from jl87 or any other gaming platform pursuant to a PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of jl87 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in respect of your gaming activities on jl87.

jl87 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) jl87 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl87 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. In the event duplicate accounts are detected, jl87 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.

4.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl87 account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. jl87 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify jl87 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jl87 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.4 Account Ownership

Your jl87 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Use of your account by another person, even with your consent, is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jl87 is obligated to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) issued by SSS or GSIS
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) ID

jl87 may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials where required by applicable regulations or risk assessment protocols. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All KYC documents are processed and retained in accordance with jl87's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

jl87 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Payment methods available to your account are displayed in the Deposit section of your jl87 dashboard.

6.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits to jl87 are processed and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a currency conversion fee charged by your payment provider.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jl87 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Deposit section and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.4 Deposit Responsibility

You warrant that all funds deposited to your jl87 account are legally obtained and that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment instrument used. jl87 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized use of a payment instrument.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jl87 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available cleared balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit to your jl87 account, where technically practicable;
• jl87 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Banking section of the Platform, subject to payment provider processing times;
• jl87 reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal request;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard;
• jl87 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

In the event a withdrawal is delayed beyond the published processing timeframe, you may contact jl87 customer support for assistance. jl87 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or circumstances beyond jl87's reasonable control.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

jl87 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all jl87 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal;
• jl87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other Players — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in account closure;
• jl87 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Player's gaming pattern constitutes bonus abuse;
• Bonuses are not transferable and hold no cash value unless specific wagering requirements have been satisfied.

09 Gaming Rules

All games offered on jl87 are governed by the rules of the respective game, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

9.1 Fairness and RTP

10 Sports Betting

The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl87 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining multiple jl87 accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any conduct designed to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Participating in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to jl87 support immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication toward jl87 staff, agents, or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or other circumvention technology.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jl87 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection of duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement instruction to restrict or close the account;
• Risk management decisions made in accordance with jl87's internal policies.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, jl87 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is made for risk management or operational reasons unrelated to breach, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your jl87 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Cleared balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

13 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from jl87;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction techniques on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.

Any unauthorized use of jl87's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of jl87's rights, giving rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl87, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not jl87 has been advised of the possibility of such loss;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game information;
• Service interruptions, delays, errors, or failures caused by circumstances beyond jl87's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, acts of God, or government actions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jl87's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to your jl87 Wallet during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jl87 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl87 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

16 Privacy & Data Protection

jl87 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. jl87's data handling practices are designed to comply with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable implementing rules and regulations.

By registering for a jl87 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

17 Amendments to These Terms

jl87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute by contacting jl87 customer support. jl87 is committed to addressing Player concerns promptly and in good faith. Players who are not satisfied with jl87's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's relevant complaints and regulatory division.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
